A good garden can transform a standard patch of land in to another living space, if you’ve got enough room a nice paved area provides a space for parents to sit and watch as their kids play in the grassy area – it’s good to point out to prospective buyers different features of your garden such as the extra hidden garden through the hedge at the end, or the fact that there’s plenty of space for a swing set for families with children!
One important thing to remember is to make sure your garden is well lit, at night time can you easily look out the window and see what’s out there?…it’s a really good security precaution to take and would be an attractive addition for many buyers.
