It is with great pleasure we announce the successful acquisition of local Estate & Letting Agent Redwoods.
Following months of negotiations we have been able to secure the business with a view to extending the range of services Belvoir can offer its existing and new clients. Selling property is a service that until now we have had to outsource, but now we will be able to keep it in house and offer the same level of service and exposure you have been used to with the lettings side.
Redwoods Andover has been established for over 15 years and has a significant loyal clientele. Previously owned by Jeff Bevins & Brian Hewitt who will now retire and concentrate on their own portfolios of property. We wish them every success in the future.

Belvoir Andover Expands Shop and Services
Belvoir would like to welcome our new staff and clients and reassure you all that it is business as usual.
Following the rebranding of the Redwoods shop, we will be moving to our new location of 18 Bridge Street within the next 6 to 8 weeks. We hope to keep any disruption to a minimum whilst this migration happens. We are excited to say that our new shop will be significantly larger than our present one jumping from around 258 sq ft to 1450 sq ft! You can still find us at our old location for now and we will notify you again once we have successfully moved.
In the mean time, as we are now able to offer Property Sales, please contact us if you or someone you know is looking to sell their property.
