Includes photographing the property and updating photographs as applicable, marketing of the property, arranging and conducting viewings, cost of preparation of conveyancing and accompanying documentation.
Includes Belvoir services as detailed and specified in Landlord Terms of Business: receiving and processing rent payments, providing monthly statement of income and expenditure, conducting interim property visits and preparing and issuing visit report, arranging Landlord’s Gas Safety Check if applicable, arranging for maintenance, repairs and renewals as applicable, serving and receiving of legal notices, dealing with general tenancy issues.
Payable only if Landlord specifically requests a new fixed term contract. The fee is to cover the cost of referencing tenant and drawing up a new contract.
This covers the cost of re-advertising the property, viewings, negotiations and general operational and administration costs
Covers services as outlined in fully managed service above.
Includes Belvoir services as detailed and specified in Landlord Terms of Business: receiving and processing rent payments, chasing late rent when appropriate and providing monthly statement of income.
Payable only if Landlord specifically requests a new fixed term contract. The fee is to cover the cost of referencing tenant and drawing up a new contract.

A fee equivalent to 1 month’s rent plus vat, subject to a minimum £600 including VAT.
