Belvoir Lettings, winner of the coveted Gold Award for Large Lettings Chain at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAS) 2013, is keen to retain its title and proud to announce that a total of 23 Belvoir offices have entered the 2014 awards.
“Last year was the first time that Belvoir had ever entered the ESATAs as a national chain and we were absolutely delighted and honoured to win the Gold award,” says Belvoir CEO, Dorian Gonsalves. “We were also incredibly proud that six Belvoir offices won top awards at the ESTAS 2013, and we are keeping our fingers crossed for even more success at next year’s event.
“ESTAs are awards that are based on client feedback from online and postal questionnaires. These are then calculated into a score for each participating agent. Last year Belvoir achieved hundreds and hundreds of online reviews from our customers – the feedback was absolutely amazing.
“Providing a high standard of customer service is one of Belvoir’s core principles, together with professionalism and specialism in lettings. We have always encouraged client feedback and recognise those offices that provide outstanding customer service at our annual awards. We also work in conjunction with The Property Ombudsman (TPO) to ensure that our standards remain extremely high.
