Our Swindon office has undergone a dramatic and stylish transformation with the launch of its new space on Commercial Road.
Husband and wife team Kerry and Jamie Smith, unveiled the sleek new premises at an official opening attended by clients, business associates and the town’s Deputy Mayor, who congratulated the couple on reaching this new business milestone.
“We have had a fantastic reaction following the launch,” says Kerry, ”and our new, expansive glass frontage now provides a fresh, eye catching ‘shop window’ for the business – which had outgrown its previous location.”
Kerry and Jamie bought into the franchise in 2007, and although Belvoir had already been in Swindon for 10 years prior to that, the couple believed they could take the business further forward and purchased it from its previous owner.
The office was located several doors down from this new, stand-out site but whilst Kerry and Jamie may have moved only 400 yards further up the high street, their commitment to providing the highest levels of customer care to clients over the past 7 years has put them ‘miles ahead’ in the local property sector.
With a growing portfolio of over 350 properties under management their business continues to achieve year on year growth, attracting both property landlords and their tenants, many of whom are ‘first time’ renters and who live and work locally, or are regular commuters to Oxford, Newbury or London.
“The local market is very healthy and we face some stiff competition, but we believe that by striving for excellence in everything we do we will continue to attract buy to let investors looking for an independent, expert service which is tailored exactly to their individual needs,” adds Kerry.
