Grand designs - Belvoir Lettings launches stunning new look for offices nationwide!

Belvoir Lettings has launched a stunning new design for its 148 offices.

“Belvoir is aware that the search methods used by tenants have radically changed in recent years,” announced Belvoir CEO Dorian Gonsalves. “In recognition of this we have created a new design that is geared very much towards a clean, modern lifestyle and ensures that Belvoir shops are welcoming and interactive for all of our clients. The new spec reassures customers that Belvoir understands and is constantly adapting to current trends in the property market.

“Since the brand refresh began in 2010 with the launch of Belvoir’s new To Let boards, a number of marketing tools have been updated, but this new shop design is one of the most important. Our premises manager Emma Greenfield, who is based at Central Office, has worked with a very creative design team to develop an innovative look that totally enhances the tenant and landlord experience.

“Each office is light and airy, with a spacious and minimalist feel. They are equipped with many high-tech features such as a browsing bar with an iPad where tenants can be shown available properties, zoom into the images and receive the details directly from email. Similarly, staff can take the iPad out on to property appraisals and log it directly onto the Belvoir database during the viewing. Our research shows that this rapid response is something that landlords really value and once again demonstrates Belvoir’s commitment to investment and remaining at the forefront of innovation.

“The design was successfully piloted in our company-owned Belvoir Grantham shop in April and since then many Belvoir offices have rebranded. Feedback from staff and clients has been fantastic, and it has even been compared to a five-star hotel! The new look is now gradually being rolled out across the entire network and every new office is being fitted to the new brand standard.”

New design features include:

  • The same eye-catching red colour seen on Belvoir’s branded vehicles and To Let boards.
  • Contemporary new furniture that is configured to encourage easy, relaxed communication between Belvoir staff and clients.
  • Wall features that combine a homely feel with a minimalist, spacious look.
  • New floor colours and furniture, adding to the modern feel of every office.
  • Feature lighting and LED illuminations that halo the logo on shop front fascias.
  • A browsing bar and iPads to encourage interactive communication.

Case studies

“Belvoir Chelsea and Fulham is situated on the Fulham Road in the heart of London’s West End. It has been fitted to Belvoir’s new brand standard and looks simply stunning.
“Belvoir’s development of distinctive branding and a commitment to continuous innovation on marketing and services not only closes the gap on the competition, but really allows us to successfully stand out from the crowd.”
Duncan Crossey, Belvoir Chelsea and Fulham, launched 2012.

“My competitors are quite aggressive in their marketing but the new office branding definitely helps to set me apart and at a higher level. It is also a very nice environment to work in – very modern and bright. Quite a few of my existing landlords and tenants have come into look around and they are all impressed. One landlord said it feels like being in a five-star hotel!”
