Belvoir unveils stunning new For Sale and To Let boards
With more Belvoir offices now including residential sales as well as lettings, the company has unveiled new-look For Sale and To Let boards, which will be rolled out across the country throughout 2015.
“I’m very pleased to announce the launch of Belvoir’s new board designs,” said Dorian Gonsalves, Director of Commercial and Franchising.
“The design is contemporary and eye-catching. It was chosen by vote at Belvoir’s National Network Group meeting, and is very much in line with our refreshed branding and will complement Belvoir’s new ‘Be’ branding marketing materials that were introduced at the end of 2014.
“The introduction of property sales was a significant achievement for Belvoir in 2014 and it is estimated that almost a third of the 160 offices in our network will be selling properties by the end of this year. The new boards will be seen in increasing numbers across the country as the year goes on and feedback from vendors has been excellent.
“Belvoir strengthened its marketing team last year and with marketing manager Kiara Carthy-Barke clearly at the helm, I am very optimistic that brand Belvoir will continue to go from strength to strength.”
