Short-list success for Belvoir at the ESTAs - 16 offices up for awards

Short-list success for Belvoir at the ESTAs – 16 offices up for awards

Belvoir are incredibly pleased to announce that 16 of their offices have been short-listed for an ESTA in their region. In addition, the Belvoir network is also entered for The Large Lettings Chain Award.

The Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAs) 2013 will take place on the 19th April at the prestigious Hilton Hotel on Park Lane in London. Gold, silver and bronze will be awarded in each category – and winners will receive a winner’s logo and an ESTA trophy.

Receiving an ESTA is particularly important as awards are given based upon client satisfaction and customer feedback…

“Many of our offices have been asking their customers to fill out on-line and postal questionnaires for the ESTAs,” says Belvoir’s Marketing Manager Reena Patel.

“ESTAs are awarded based on feedback from customers, which is then calculated into a score for each of the agents that take part. As a group we achieved well over 750 online reviews from our customers – and the feedback has been absolutely amazing.

“For example, proprietor of Belvoir Paisley Denise Rhodes had never done anything like this before but she emailed her landlords asking them to fill out the on-line questionnaire and within hours she had more than 20 reviews. They were all very positive and her office got a very high customer satisfaction rating.

“Another example is Belvoir Macclesfield,” continues Reena. “They’ve entered the ESTAs for the last three years and therefore understand the importance of entering and, of course, winning. This year Belvoir Macclesfield had more than 120 reviews and they were delighted – for more than 120 people to shout about how great their service is will have a very positive impact for them locally.

“Because an ESTA is not an award you apply for – it’s an award that your customers think you deserve – it’s very powerful in a customer-service focused industry like ours.

“In addition to 16 of our offices being short-listed in their own regions, as a network we also qualify for The Large Lettings Chain Award. Good customer service is one of Belvoir’s core principles, so winning an award which is based on customer service across the group would reflect the hard work that all our offices put in to deliver the very best customer service.”

Belvoir’s CEO Dorian Gonsalves says, “Well done to every single office that has taken part. We entered a total of 22 Belvoir offices and for 16 of them to be short-listed is a great accolade for them individually and for the network as a whole.

“It’s fantastic to be recognised by our customers and our offices will gain many benefits from being short-listed – as well as revealing what clients really think about their service, competing in the ESTAs can help motivate the teams, increase client loyalty and help attract new customers too.

“I am extremely proud of the network’s hard work and wish all 16 of our short-listed finalists the best of luck.”

2013 will mark the 10th ESTAs ceremony.

What some of our short-listed finalists say…

• Denise Rhodes, Belvoir Paisley – “We pride ourselves on giving our landlords a very personal service and going out of our way to help them,” says Denise. “We contacted our landlords and asked them to complete the online survey. Within hours 18 landlords emailed to say they had responded. I was really pleased.”

• Darragh Lee, Belvoir Cheadle – “We have had excellent testimonials naming some of the staff,” says Darragh. “I forwarded these on to the team who were really pleased. It has been very useful to read what landlords think of our customer service.”

• Zoe Bywater, Belvoir Bedford – “We are constantly in receipt of positive feedback from clients in respect of how we deal with clients,” says Zoe. “Many of our landlords have taken the time out to vote for us in the ESTAs and we have been given a very high customer satisfaction rating which is fantastic.”
