Belvoir excel at the ESTAS 2015…
Belvoir are proud to announce that once again the network has enjoyed great success at the ESTAS (Estate & Letting Agent Awards) and five of its offices were delighted to receive trophies during the prestigious awards ceremony recently held at The Hilton, Park Lane, London.
Congratulations go to Belvoir Loughborough who took the Bronze award for the East Midlands region (in the Letting Agent (Landlord) category), Belvoir Swansea who received Silver for the Wales region (in the Letting Agent (Tenant) category), Belvoir Liverpool West Derby who received Bronze for the North West region (in the Letting Agent (Landlord) category), Belvoir Telford who were awarded Silver for the West Midlands region (in the Letting Agent (Landlord) category) and Belvoir Perth who received the top award of Gold in the Letting Agent (Landlord) category for Scotland.
The annual ESTAS (now in its 12th year) celebrates the hard work of property professionals across the UK and is seen as particularly important within the industry because the judging process is based on customer satisfaction and feedback.
Gold award winner Harry Coates of Belvoir Perth says, “When we found out we’d won Gold for Scotland we were ecstatic – it really was fantastic news.
“Winning at the ESTAs is a real accolade because votes are collected from your customers who fill out questionnaires about your levels of service – and because the winners are decided solely on client feedback, winning is one of the best recommendations you can get!
“The ceremony itself was fantastic also. It was hosted by TV property guru Phil Spencer and included a champagne reception, followed by a delicious four-course lunch. It was great and a very polished affair.”
