Two live wires are planning on getting sparks flying in the property lettings market with the launch of the new Belvoir Lettings office on The Mall in Ealing Broadway.
Twenty-nine year old electronic engineer Matthieu Behroozi has switched on a career change to provide Ealing with Belvoir’s award nationally accredited award-winning service for landlords and tenants. His wife Preeti (27) is also an electronic engineer and will be involved with the new venture Part Time.
Dealing with a variety of good quality residential properties ranging from luxury apartments to family homes Matthieu and Preeti believe they can effect a positive change to the perceived negative levels of service they have identified in some aspects of the lettings industry.
They Hve an understanding of the vibrant and multi-cultural areas of Ealing and Acton where Matthieu was raised and when they identified a need for a dedicated and professional lettings agency service, Matthieu, who specialised in radio communications during his time at the University of Surrey, tuned into Belvoir for his new career investment.
Says Matthieu: “The Belvoir ethos is centred on offering superlative levels of customer service with a high level of specially tailored attention for both landlords and tenants. This is also our mission. We will be accountable for every property we deal with. We believe that through honesty and professionalism we will win the trust of our clients and achieve our aim of being the most admired lettings specialist in Ealing and Acton.”
Matthieu confesses to “passionately enjoying all types of DIY work”. His current agenda leaves little time for his sporting hobbies because as well as being busy with the launch of the new business, he is spending any spare time he can find on making improvements to the new home that he and Preeti will soon be sharing with a new addition to their family. The first baby Behroozi is due in September.
