We have been blogging and posting on Social Media sites for some months now. And to be honest it has been a “Labour of Love” which now seems to be paying off.
It has a USP for landlords who are automatically directed to the news pages and the Buy to Let Deals , all who have, have stated how useful they are.
And as a result we are pleased to announce that to date we have had , one landlord purchase two properties. Have picked up two let only landlords as a result of the newspaper blog, Have another investment landlord purchase two properties with another possible10 in the pipeline. And only today the booking agent for the Newspaper said ” I think I need to go into the property game.”
So although its been hard to be consistent. It clearly works.
