Service options

Tenant Find only – one months rent payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by Belvoir

Letting and Rent Collection – start up fee of £300 plus management charge of 7% plus VAT (8.4% including VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received

Full Management – start up fee of £300 plus management charge of 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received

Other charges

Inventory preparation fee – £90 (unfurnished) – £120 (furnished)

Legionella risk assessment – £30

Preparation of paperwork for Alternative Dispute Resolution – £60

Duplicate statements – £12 per copy provided

Insurance claim handling fee – 12% of cost of works before VAT

Re signing fee – £30 where, at the landlord’s request, the Agent arranges renewal of a tenancy to an existing tenant. No charge if requested by the tenant

Post letting services

Tenant move out fee – £60

Inventory check (including damage report) – £90
