Letting and Rent Collection: Start-up fee of £360 plus management charge of 8.4% of the rent, deducted from the rent as received

Full Management: Start-up fee of £360 plus management charge of 12% of the rent, deducted from the rent as received

Inventory (including legionella risk assessment):

1 & 2 bed properties:     £120 (unfurnished) / £150 (furnished)

3 & 4 bed properties:     £150 (unfurnished) / £180 (furnished)

5+ bed properties:          £180 (unfurnished) / £210 (furnished)

 

Tenancy renewal fee (by order of the landlord): £120

Administration involved in the tenancy protection legislation: £42

Preparation of paperwork for deposit disputes “Alternative Dispute Resolution”: £60

Professional hourly rate: £60 charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services
