Fully Managed and Rent Collection
- Management Fee 12% – 15% of rent (Including VAT)
- Start Up Fee (at start of each new tenancy) – including DVD inventory & DPS Registration £450.00 (Including VAT)
- Let Only Service Fee- £720.00 (Including VAT) – Payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy. Price includes dvd inventory, tenancy agreement and registration of the deposit with the DPS.
- Tenant Find Service Fee- £360.00 (Including VAT) – Payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable on the tenant details being accepted by The Landlord. Tenancy agreement available at additional cost of £120.00 inc VAT.
Move Out Inspection Fees:
- HMO ROOMS OR 1 BEDROOM FLATS: £48.00 INC VAT
- 2 BEDROOM FLATS: £60.00 INC VAT
- 2 BEDROOM HOUSE: £66.00 INC VAT
- 3 BEDROOM HOUSE: £78.00 INC VAT
- 4+ BEDROOM HOUSE: £90.00 INC VAT
The above prices include the Inventory Check including damage report, all contractor work, and all correspondence in relation to taking any claim through the dispute resolution. This also includes return of the agreed deposit amount to the tenants.
Re-signing fee: £96.00 (including VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT. All prices subject to change after two months’ notice.
The Agent shall be entitled to retain interest earned on any money held on The Landlord’s behalf and any commission or referral fees from, but not limited to, insurance, utility companies, contractors and any fees charged to tenants, earned while acting on the Landlord’s behalf. Details of such income received by The Agent can be provided to The Landlord on request.
