When you add to this potential costs of seeking a possession order, it is clear that if in the unlikely event things go wrong, it can cost thousands of pounds.
Our guaranteed rent product is unlike any other insurance product available. It’s different because it is us as an agent who take out the product and deliver it as a service to you. This means that should a tenant stop paying their rent, you get paid the rent monthly regardless, you never have to make a claim, and you would never have to appear in court! What’s more is we would pay you the rent up until the date when we get the property back for you. For a small upfront fee, you are protecting yourself from thousands of pounds of missed rent and court proceedings.
