2 bed – £130+Vat
3 bed – £160+Vat
4-6 bed £200+Vat

There may be occasions where work is requested by the landlord for tasks outside of the agreement (such as court appearance etc). Where this is the case, the client will be notified that such work will be charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour (including VAT).
