  • Notice processing
  • Final inspection & deposit dispute handling
  • Re-letting process

Cost

  • 12% of rent (Including VAT)
  • Set up Fees (Including VAT) – £240.00
  • Inventory Fee – included in fully managed service
  • Re-Letting Fee (Including VAT) – £240.00

Tenant find only service

  • Advertising
  • Viewings
  • Referencing of prospective tenants
  • Move In appointment – signing of tenancy documents and collect of first months rent
  • We then would hand everything across to yourself to carry on, including registration of Deposit

Cost:

£360.00 (Including VAT) payable for each letting where the Tenant is introduced by Belvoir Derby West
