Miller Homes have released Phase Three of the development at the Rock, Bury; Asscher House
The development started back in July 2010 with the First Phase. A mixture of One and Two bedroom appartments located above Three sides of the Retail Shopping Center.
Phase One; ‘Perruzzi House’ is located above Primark, River Island and Superdry, parallel with the Multistory Carpark. This has 27 Appartments over Three equal floors. Each floor has Nine Appartments that all differ in design type.

Investors have been very keen to get in on the action with gross yields averaging between 7 and 8% compared to the National average of 5%!!
With the prices for a One bedroom Apartment starting from now at £84000 for (Plot 64, Type 2, 2nd floor) Using this as an example. Belvoir Lettings Bury have got Tenants waiting and willing to pay £525 to £550 PCM giving a 8% gross yield.
