Professional landlords and letting agents know that there are many statute regulations that they have to follow and every gas appliance provided by a landlord including even a portable gas BBQ must be inspected and certificated at least every 12 months.
A report by AXA Business Insurance raises ongoing concerns over how many landlords either aren’t aware of their statute legal obligations. Maybe some are just turning a blind eye to their obligations.
