Alex RoundLettings Negotiator

Alex is a dedicated Lettings Negotiator, you will probably see Hednesford, Heath Hayes, Cheslyn Hay, Great Wyrley driving around the Cannock Area completing viewings, Alex looks after the marketing, letting and referencing of any new tenants. Alex has an important task because has to ensure that the tenant is right for the property by completing many checks, he also then has to ensure the property is legally compliant before completing all the legal paperwork and bundle of documents all landlords have to prepare for the tenants prior to them collecting the keys and moving into the property. Part of Alex's job is to keep landlord who have properties on the market updated which is why he calls them every Thursday with an update on what is happening, whether it be an update with viewings, offers or how the application is going Alex will make sure the landlords is aware.
