Payment for a breach of the occupation contract agreement up to the prescribed limit
Payment for the costs of replacing misplaced keys / security device. Arranging for a contractor to arrange new keys to be cut and delivered to a contract holder £30 plus key cutting cost. Contract holders have the option, during working hours, to obtain new keys cuts themselves and thereby avoid any charges except the cost to cut the keys.
Missed Appointments. Such as arranging with a contract holder for a periodic inspection or a contractor to carry out remedial work at a property, and a contract holder subsequently refusing entry, or not being home to allow entry (after previously arranging to be at the property), resulting in charges to the landlord. A charge of £30 will be made for a contractor missed appointment or a Belvoir missed appointment.
Fees incurred as a result of someone attending the contract holder’s property at the request of a contract holder, such as a locksmith or glazier, when the problem had been caused by the contract holder in the first place, (such as a window broken by contract holder or keys locked inside a property). This will be charged at the pro rata hourly rate of the contractor for the amount of time taken to attend the property plus the cost of the item.
Payment for the late payment of rent.
Any other permitted payments, not included above, for breaches of contract or under the relevant legislation including contractual damages. These may include costs or losses incurred for loss of keys, security devices and changes to the occupation contract.
