We are happy to welcome on board five new franchise owners who have joined the Belvoir Network, with three new businesses and the successful resale of one of the top performing offices.
Since the recent announcement of the Goodchilds and Newton Fallowell acquisitions, there has been a considerable amount of interest from potential franchise owners. Dorian Gonsalves, Director of Commercial and Franchising confirms “We have seen the strongest level of interest from potential franchise owners than has been noted for a number of years” the latest additions to the Belvoir Network has resulted in a new forecast for network growth.
We’re pleased to see that the interest noted has been translated in to the launch of three new Belvoir offices in Biggleswade, Hampstead Heath and Welwyn Garden City, as well as the fantastic news of the sale of Belvoir Sheffield – one of the network’s highest performing offices that recently became the first office in the network to be sold for a million pounds. There are also several more new offices in the pipeline and a franchise owner induction course that is set to commence in November.
These latest additions to the network call for an updated predicted forecast by Dorian Gonsalves “When Belvoir floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2012 we made a promise to our shareholders that we would achieve 200 offices before the end of 2016, but we already have 210 offices and are now looking to set a new target. I forecast that Belvoir will have 400 offices across the UK in the next ten years”
We wish the best of luck to Kevin Burnett, the new owner of Belvoir Sheffield which will continue to be run by fellow franchise owner Sarah Powell, who has been a fantastic driving force behind the success of the office. We also wish every success to Shalin and Minesh Patel who are set to open Belvoir Biggleswade, Ritesh Kotecha who is opening Belvoir Hampstead Heath and Kenny Emagha who is opening Belvoir Welwyn Garden City – this is a fantastic, high calibre group of individuals and we are looking forward to watching their businesses grow.
