2022 has been a year of growth for Belvoir, Northamptonshire.
As well as taking on six new members of staff across our branches, we’ve also expanded with the acquisition of another, Kettering-based firm.
We kicked off the financial year by recruiting two new members of staff to the Corby office in March in response to the property market boom.
Mia Tansur was appointed as a new sales negotiator and Alisha Brennan as a lettings consultant after an immensely busy time in the George Street office.
22-year-old Mia brought substantial sales and customer service experience to the fold after previously working as a business development manager for a Lutterworth events company and running a livery business, as well as formerly working for a well-known national estate agent firm.
Mother-of-one Alisha was raised in Corby and has fantastic local knowledge. She also has extensive experience in the industry, having previously worked at an estate agency in Melton Mowbray.
Just a few weeks later, our team expanded further with the acquisition of Simon Musto Sales and Lettings, in Sheep Street, Kettering. Simon Musto had been established in the town for over four decades.
And the Kettering team also grew by five – two new lettings consultants, Joanne Gage and Nicole Szoltsek, and maintenance consultants Dalia Ancute, Karen Watret and Victoria West.
Karen Watret started her career in property in 2010 in accounts and worked her way up to property manager before moving to Belvoir.
Dalia and Victoria previously worked for another lettings agency for three years,
We are thrilled to have added a whole host of new members of staff to our dedicated team during 2022 and we pride ourselves in continuing to provide a first class service. I believe these appointments have further strengthened our offering in Corby and Kettering.
Their skills and local knowledge have already proven to be a great asset to the business, and we look forward to starting the new year in a strong and confident position.
