Corby International Swimming Pool was completed in June 2009 and is the first Olympic sized swimming pool in the county. There is a 50m swimming pool, which incorporates moveable floors, which provides flexible water depths to each end of the pool, which allows diving to junior international standards.
The pool hosts a 50m, 8-lane swimming pool, fun pool with ride for children and also a training pool. There is also an 80-station gym, dance studio, crèche for children, meeting rooms, health suite and café area.

Due to the fantastic facilities the pool boasts, members of Corby Council are currently in negotiations to bring several international squads to the town, where they would be able to use the facilities at the Corby East Midlands Swimming Pool as a pre-games training camp for the London 2012 Olympics.
