The stunning Priors Hall Park community is built on 907 acres of parkland and offers a beautiful, natural setting to call home.
An eight-acre lake and wildlife reserve run through the development, which when complete will boast 5,325 homes ranging from one to five bedrooms.
Priors Hall Park is the perfect example of modern living in green spaces. This includes woodland, fields, play areas and even an outdoor gym.
It has been nicknamed North Londonshire due to its rural location and easy commute to the capital with cheaper house prices.
Local amenities in the area
Priors Hall Park already houses a local primary school, Corby Business Secondary Academy and two nurseries with more education establishments to come. It also offers a district centre with shops, including a grocery store and a pharmacy, as well services such as a dentist, hairdresser, barber and veterinary centre.
There are numerous children’s play areas for families to use, plus a café and a community centre which hosts a variety of clubs and groups.
In 2021, a purpose-built care home opened in the centre of the development, with 66 bedrooms. It is hoped that a doctor’s surgery will be part of the next phase of the development.
