Bobby Singh Braich (MARLA), Managing Director
Bobby has worked in the industry from the age of 16, when he started helping with his family property portfolio. He studied Business and Finance at De Montfort University and holds a qualification in residential lettings and property management. Bobby, who is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, has a sharp eye for growth, and is able to adapt quickly to industry needs and legislation changes. He aims to provide his clients with first class service and advice.
Jessica Gray, Sales Manager
Jessica has been working in the property industry for a whole decade and has experience in marketing all different types of properties, from single dwellings to substantial developments for award-winning builders. Her deep understanding of the local area enables her to provide the best possible advice to customers from initial enquiry to the date of completion.
Gemma Simpson, Sales Consultant
Gemma was a recruitment consultant before she became an estate agent a year ago. The newest member of the team, Gemma is friendly and approachable and is very good at matching clients to the right property.
Fiona Morton, office manager
Fiona has been a longstanding part of the team for more than 20 years and works in both the sales and lettings departments, as well as overseeing day to day office management.
Nin Braich, Accounts and Admin
Nin is head of accounts and admin at Belvoir Corby. She is responsible for all banking and account queries along with daily admin needs.
Ewelina Mikolajczuk, Senior Lettings Consultant
Ewelina started with Belvoir in 2014, and she is always on hand to help tenants and landlords with their queries. She is responsible for organising regular visits to our managed properties, ensuring all is in good order.
Kasia Sobczyk-Dybul, Lettings Consultant
Kasia has been with the Belvoir team for five years and is a firm favourite with our customers. She supports the Lettings Team with administration and arranging and attending inspections and viewings. She thrives on talking to prospective tenants and helping them find properties that are right for them.
Alisha Vilette, Lettings Consultant
Alisha’s typical day will see her deal with enquiries about rental properties currently on the market and arrange viewings. She also regularly communicates with our landlords and tenants and carries out important admin tasks to keep the lettings side of the business running smoothly.
