Our current charge for LET ONLY is the equivalent to one month’s rent plus VAT (minimum fee of £478.80 incl VAT}.

Additional Fees (optional}

• £20.83 plus VAT (£25 incl VAT) per accompanied viewing
• £50 plus VAT (£60 incl VAT) referencing fee including Right to Rent Check
• £50 plus VAT Guarantor referencing (£60 including VAT)

• Providing your Tenant with copies of all compulsory paperwork
• Collection of Rent throughout the Tenancy
• Registration of Deposit with the Deposit Protection Service
• Six Monthly Inspection of your property
• Check Out Report at end of Tenancy
• The Belvoir Guarantee (Rental Guarantee Insurance)
