Tenant Find Only enables us to find tenants and establish a tenancy for you but then requires you to handle all ongoing aspects, including dealing with your tenants directly and ensuring that you continue to comply with all aspects of the Housing Act and other lettings regulations.
Tenant Find & Rent Collection offers our Tenant Find Only service with the added benefit that we will collect the monthly rent for you and pursue arrears on your behalf should any arise.
