I have worked for Belvoir since February 2017. I have lived in Doncaster all my life.
I deal with legal requirements and make sure all our landlords are always legally compliant.
I ensure properties are right when tenants move in. It is always a pleasure to get a “thank you” from tenants when they have moved into their new home.
I love to find solutions to property issues, sometimes at no cost to the Landlord! Often thanks to a YouTube video or just by good advice given over the phone.
After several years in my job, I have a good knowledge of roofs, ridge tiles & hip tiles; foundations and damp-proof courses, along with gas boilers, expansion vessels and PRV’s, EICR’s codes 1,2 & 3’s. I have a good understanding of the cost of parts and materials and how long the work will take.
I carry out pre-move out visits with tenants when they have given in their notice. I use our detailed inventories and my experience to help achieve the property being handed back in an excellent condition, ready for the next tenant moving in.
It is a pleasure to help our landlords keep their properties in an excellent condition and give our landlords the best possible value for their money.
