I was chatting to a landlord of mine who has a number of properties on Scott St the other week, it’s a street we both like for a variety of reasons so I thought I would have a look and see what was currently available.

I like what I see, it appears to have been well renovated and has GCH etc, its ground floor which wouldn’t normally be my first choice, however subject to the usual good look around the block etc it looks promising.
I have let quite a number of properties in this area over the years and would estimate that this one would achieve a monthly rental of £420 pretty comfortably, with an asking price of £65,000 that’s a gross yield of 7.1%, definitely one worth considering in my opinion.
