This attractive little one bedroom apartment is being advertised by Thorntons and is located in the heart of the west end in what looks to be a well maintained block with a smart rear area. Yes it is in the West End, which is reflected in the asking price of £80,000, however the rent would also reflect its condition/location. I estimate a it should achieve £450 plus per month which means a yield in excess of £6%, as this area is generally popular and it should also benefit from capital growth.
