Add to that the numbers, asking price of £230,000 rent of about £760 plus gives you a return of 3.6%, not massive I hear you say. However, it will rent consistently and hopefully for longer periods, add to that sale prices in this area have gone up over 13% in the last three years. Worth a punt maybe, certainly beats what the banks are offering us.
