Now as regular readers will know I like Scott St, I was chatting to one of my existing landlords with property there recently and thought I would have a look and see what was available at the moment and saw this one a Two Bed Buy To Let On Scott St
What looks like a nice, spacious, two bed flat in good condition. May need slight updating, but not much that I can see or if you really wanted to improve it then I would consider central heating.
That aside it looks like a good one, its on with Thorntons at £79,000 and I think it should rent comfortably for at least £460 which gives a healthy yield of about 6.4%. Not to be sneezed and its in a popular location so it should have low void periods.
