It’s a very good example of an attractive one bed flat, which looks to have been tastefully renovated and appears to be in ‘walk in’ condition.
With an asking price of £65,000 and I would estimate a monthly rent of at least £375 that’s a gross yield of 6.34% along with a capital appreciation running at 13.49% for the preceding 5 years.
All in all it looks like a tidy investment subject to the usual caveats.
