These apartments are located in a quiet residential and more importantly, popular area on the outskirts of Broughty Ferry within easy reach of both the town centre and Dundee. With an asking price of £140,000 and a projected rent of £620 per month I would say the rental return should be around 4.87% and a healthy capital return of about 4.5% in the last six months as well.
