A great West End location, but sufficiently off the main Perth Rd areas to be a little quieter whilst still having easy access to Universities, City Centre, Ninewells Hospital etc.
A generally well maintained block this so if the flat is up to the description it should rent comfortably to students or young professionals.
I think a monthly rent of £370 would be workable giving a return of 4.5% capital appreciation in this area has been 13% over the last three years.
