I was chatting to a landlord of mine who had one in this building previously. This building is a conversion of an old commercial premises. This one is being advertised by Baillies.
These are modern and nicely presented properties. This example, like the ones I’ve let there before is a two bedroom, they all have secure entry and generally parking (though this one doesn’t mention it in the details). Modern attractive and well located for the city centre.
This one is slightly smaller than the others I’ve rented in that location but even so I would say very conservatively £525 though I personally would be trying it quite a bit higher. With an asking price of £90,000, that’s a yield of 6.4%, certainly attractive in the current market I would say.
