There is easy access to the Crop Research Institute, Technology Park and Ninewells Hospital. Always a good location, this small development is mixed flats and houses, we have let both there without any issues. Its location and quality make it a no brainer for me, moneywise I think a rent of £470 per month with a return of 5%, property prices have gone up over 13% here in the last three years.
Personally I like it, my only issue is I would probably prefer one of the two beds in the development as I think they offer more flexibility.
