This is an interesting one, with a minor proviso. The flat itself looks fine and there has been a lot of work done on Park Avenue to improve it in recent years. Additionally of course its in close proximity to Baxter Park, with easy access to the main bus routes etc.
This flat Buy to Let is being marketed by Remax at £52,000.
Apart from the usual reminder that the only details I have are the photos and the estate agents blurb my main concern is that Park Ave can be a bit variable in the quality of the blocks, internally and the rear areas, so have a good look around.
That aside we are just in the process of letting one on that street and have done a number over the years. Lets say a conservative rental per month of £365, that’s a gross yield of 7.7%, which is pretty good. With a capital appreciation over the last five years of just over 11%.
