I quite like this one, its in an area we currently rent in (though not this block), this particular one is being marketed by Jack Brown & Company.
It seems to be in pretty good condition (though personally I would want to tone the décor down a wee bit), second floor and good size with a pretty standard layout.
The location offers easy access into the city centre, the Ferry or further afield. I would asses the rental conservatively at around £325 which with the asking price of £59,000 is a yield of 6%. The capital appreciation over the last five years has been around 13% so all in all a reasonable return. Certainly better than any of us are likely to see of Mr Carney anytime in the next few years.
