It’s advertised as a studio apartment with a large kitchen dinner, though the floor plan does indicate a bedroom, however given its only 4ft 5 inches wide we will stick with studio I think.
It look in reasonable condition and I know the block. I accept that the area isn’t the most up and coming part of Dundee, however its an easy walk into in to the Centre and its on main bus routes if you want to go further afield. More importantly I happen to know that flats in this block let without any stress at all, I would estimate a conservative rental of £300 per month which given the asking price of £42,000 is a gross yield of 7.8%. Not something to be sneezed at.
