It’s very convenient for Ninewells obviously also the main bus route into the city centre. It’s on with Ross, Strachen & Co and they do say it would benefit from some upgrading but that it could be done in stages.
My only real concern without having a look inside is what looks like a flat roof in the photo, so I would want to get that check out properly.
However, at an asking price of £87,000 and a projected monthly rent of say £530 that’s a yield of 6.7%, not bad at all and certainly worth a look as a little work might just add capital value too.
