Lastly, Daniel Bourke from Belvoir Lettings in Dunstable talked about the current rental market which is very strong in Dunstable, and the type of properties, expected rental income and rental yields. He also explained how Belvoir Dunstable aid new landlords to choose their first investment property by carrying out market research and suggest potential properties that are for sale as a good Buy-to-Let investment.
