Belvoir Lettings launch of its first office in Dunstable is a family affair for father and daughter team Daniel Bourke and his daughter Zara. They have teamed up in a business partnership to provide the tenants and landlords of Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard with Belvoir’s award winning service.
Daniel’s immediate previous career was as a Senior Associate for a leading London based architectural practice working on prestigious commercial projects. Daniel explains: “After 21 years with my previous employer and having reached senior management level with a large architectural practice, I have stepped away from a very comfortable position to take a new career path presenting new challenges. I recognise lettings as an evolving market but I believe success in this field is dependant on ensuring a highly professional approach to our levels of service. Being part of the Belvoir network is a brilliant springboard to enabling us to deliver everything that is needed to achieve our goals,” says Daniel.
At only 21 years old Zara is one of the youngest franchisees in the Belvoir team, but what she lacks in years she certainly makes up for in ambition. She recently graduated from Edge Hill University near Liverpool with a BA honours in dance and aerial performance. “This is a great opportunity for me at my age and I am encouraged to know that a great many successful Belvoir franchisees also started out young. Great customer service is at the cornerstone of Belvoir’s offering and the company’s credibility as a nationwide franchise made it a natural choice for us.” says Zara.
Daniel and Zara have their sights set on managing over 150 properties within three years targeting the areas in and around Dunstable such as Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard
