Belvoir Dunstable are taking part in the Teddy Bear Trail during the February 2015 half-term in Dunstable and Toddington, in order to raise funds for the END POLIO NOW campaign.
Children from Participating schools take part by finding teddy bears in local shops for a £1 donation for taking part. The shops are also donating to take part.
This has been organised by the Rotary Club of Dunstable and every £1 Rotary commits to WHO and UNICEF in direct support for polio immunization will be matched 2 to 1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Eradicating polio means that no child will ever again have to suffer the crippling effects of this devastating disease.
