Belvoir Dunstable recently held an information evening for our landlords and their friends to keep them informed on the changes recently announced that will affect their income from rental property in the coming years. ( Also announced yesterday was an increase in stamp Duty for Buy-to-Let properties).

I feel that this is important information that all landlords should be made aware of and all agents should be making their landlords aware of these changes.
