Our “Referral Rewards” scheme is a ‘Thank-You’ for every successful landlord recommendation that e receive. Most of our new clients are referred to us by our existing landlords, tenants and clients because of our record of delivering on our promises, and we believe one good turn deserves another.
So, quite simply, for every successful referral we receive, we’ll give you a fantastic £100 voucher for one of three retailers ( Amazon, Marks and Spencer or Currys PC World ). It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the good news about us.
You don’t need to be a customer or a landlord to recommend someone. If your recommendation then leads to a tenanted property, we’ll get your £100 voucher straight out to you.
£100.00 Referral Reward
For each client introduced, we will pay a £100.00 reward to the individual in the form of a voucher, or to a nominated charity.
Belvoir Dunstable will also donate a further £25.00 to the Motor Neurone Disease Association for every successful referral made that culminates in a reward to the referrer.
Having spoken with the landlord you are referring to us so that they know to expect a call, please email their name, telephone number and email address if they have one to daniel.bourke@belvoirlettings.com.
Terms and conditions
- Anyone is eligible.
- The referral reward will be paid once the new tenant moves in and makes their 2nd rent payment.
- The referral reward will only be paid if the new landlord does not breach their contract.
- Belvoir Dunstable reserves the right to withdraw or change the reward without prior notice.
- Rewards are only issued for referrals not already known to Belvoir Dunstable or already registered with Belvoir Dunstable.
- The reward will only be paid to the individual who made the referral and cannot be paid to a third party.
- A reward cannot be paid to an individual referring themselves.
- The offer may not be used in conjunction with other Belvoir Dunstable offers.
