Now firmly established in Church Street Dunstable, 2013 saw Belvoir Dunstable significantly increase it's market share of the rental property market from both existing landlords and new Buy-to-Let investors. A number of these investors are now coming to us for advice on new properties they are looking to purchase to extend their portfolio and with our advice and local knowledge we are able to guide them to investing in a property with a respectable rental yield.
2013 saw the number of Belvoir offices grow to over 150 and in April, Belvoir Lettings won the Gold award for the ‘Best Large Lettings Chain’ at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAs) 2013. Belvoir was also the only agent to also win six regional awards across the UK at the ESTAs. This was followed in May by Belovoir winning 'Lettings Franchise of the Year' for a record third time at the Sunday Times & The Times Awards held in London.
On a local level Belvoir Dunstable won the award for 'New Business of the Year' at the Business & Community Awards 2013. This was a great achievement and is an acknowledgement for the hard work and customer support we put into the business.
In what is traditionally a quiet time for the rental market just before Christmas, we saw a surge of activity for us resulting in 5 properties taking in new tenants on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th January 2014 !
The coming year already looks to be an exciting and busy one with a number of local developers and investors lining up properties for us to market and manage as a result of the service and support we have given them last year.
