Please fill out the form as best as possible including a full description of the issue and any relevant photos (if possible). This creates a log that we can use to track the progress of your issue, it helps us assign it to the best contractor and make notes on any feedback or ongoing issues we need to track.
Your property manager will keep you updated on our progress and the trusted contractor will usually contact you directly to arrange visiting with plenty of notice. Not going to be in? We always hold a spare set of keys in the office so this can be arranged if you agree to the contractor gaining access.
Failing to report an issue in good time which causes further damage to the property is tenant negligence; this could result in withholding all or part of your deposit for repairs.
