Once you have decided to instruct Belvoir, the fun begins… and I’m not just talking about the paperwork. Your helpful agent will advise you on ways to prepare your property for marketing, if you would like any touch ups or work done to the property, we can also organise this. Our agents know what looks good and what can help the property catch the eye of buyers, we can even dress your property if its vacant or pop round to help you prepare.
All our properties are advertised on top marketing portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla with impressive 360 walkthrough tours so your property can be viewed in full from anywhere. We also use cutting edge technology for our professional photography and a comprehensive floor plan.
Accompanied Viewings
We arrange and attend all viewings and we can schedule viewings around you and your life so there is no pressure to be there, or not be there. Unlike other agents, all of our viewings are free and we will encourage as many as possible to increase exposure.
Getting an offer
As soon as we get notified of an offer or a note of interest, we will let you know immediately. Your agent will also advise on when to move towards a closing date.
Offer Agreed

Your solicitor will then send out a draft contract to the buyer’s solicitor. You will then be able to agree on dates with the buyer for the survey on your property to take place as well as negotiate the exchange of contracts and proposed date for completion. We will negotiate on your behalf throughout this process, advising you on each stage and keeping you informed on any progress.
Exchange and Completion
The formal exchange of missives agrees the terms of the sale, the contract is legally binding for all parties after this. The deposit will then be transferred and a completion date will be agreed. When the remaining money has been transferred from the buyer’s solicitor to your solicitor the purchase is complete.
You will receive a call from your solicitor when the money has cleared in your account and they will inform us to release the keys to the buyers.
