In 2013 Belvoir Enfield opened its doors to provide Lettings Services to landlords with property in Enfield and Winchmore Hill. At that point the market was buoyant and there were high numbers of new investors entering the market. We felt at that point there was a gap in the market for independent, unbiased by to let advice.
In 2018 another need emerged – to help our landlords to sell their properties, sometimes with vacant possession but often with tenants in situ.
In 2020 we branched out into general estate agency, working with owner occupiers as they took their first or next step on the property ladder.
